How to Order Research Chemicals from RESEARCH CHEMICALS OFFICIAL

This website uses a shopping cart system, making it very easy and convenient for a client to order research chemicals online.

1. Locate the product you wish to purchase either through the home page, shop page, or by searching using the search form at the top of each page.
2. Click on the product you wish to order
3. Click “choose an option” and select the quantity (in grams) you wish to order. If a default quality was automatically chosen, you can still click on it to choose another.
4. The default unit for every listed quantity is 1. You can adjust it if you want multiple quantities. For example, we do not list 200 grams but you can decide to choose 100 grams, then select 2 units, making a total of 200 grams.
5. Click the “add to cart” button.
6. If you need to add more products, repeat steps 1 to 5.
7. You you have completely selected all the products you need, click on “View Cart” to see the shopping cart.
8. Adjust units in the shopping cart and update cart if necessary. If you added any product by mistake, feel free to remove.
9. If you have a coupon code, enter the code and click “Apply Coupon”
10. If you are satisfied at this point, proceed to “Checkout“.
11. Fill the checkout form as required, view the payment options available, and click on “Place Order“.
12. If you chose the Bitcoin payment option, you will be provided with our bitcoin wallet address for payment and also provided a link to automatically submit payment. Please proceed with the option more convenient for you.

You will receive a confirmation email bearing order details and an Order Number. We shall do our very best to contact you as soon as possible but if you don’t hear from us within a few hours, please Contact Us with your Order Number.

How to Track Your Order

There are two types of order tracking; Order Status Tracking and Shipment Status Tracking.

Order Status Tracking

Order Status Tracking is is provided on this website on the Order Tracking page. This is used to track the order of your shipment. For example, whether your order is being processed, is on hold, completed or cancelled. Your order is marked completed only when payment has been made and cleared. Please visit the Payment Options page for more information about payments.

Order Shipment Tracking

Order Shipment Tracking is available only at the tracking portal of the courier that will be used to ship your order. After your payment has been confirmed, your order will be packaged, shipped and tracking information provided to you via email. The tracking information will consist of courier name, tracking website and tracking number. You can follow the shipment of your order till delivery.
