IN DIRECT CONSIDERATION OF APPROVING THE SALE OF ANY PRODUCT TO THE PURCHASER, THE PURCHASER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD RecentChemicals.com HARMLESS FROM ALL CLAIMS, EXPENSES, LOSSES AND LIABILITY OF ANY TYPE THAT MAY ARISE OUT OF THE PURCHASER’S HANDLING, POSSESSION, AND/OR USE OF THE PRODUCT, AND WHETHER USED ALONE OR IN COMBINATION WITH ANY OTHER SUBSTANCE.
ANY SALE WILL BE DENIED IF PURCHASER DOES NOT AGREE FULLY WITH THE ABOVE STATEMENT !

Product Use

All Products are intended solely for laboratory and research purposes. Unless specified the products are not be used for any purposes including but not limited to: vitro diagnostic purpose , in food drugs , medical devices , cosmetics for humans Animals , commercial purposes

You, as the purchaser, agree that the products have not been analyzed or tested by RecentChemicals.com for safety and efficacy in food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, commercial or any other use.

You, as the purchaser, expressly represent and warrant to RecentChemicals.com that you will properly test, use, manufacture and market any products purchased from RecentChemicals.com and/or items that are produced with products purchased from RecentChemicals.com will be used by a reliable person that has experience in the field and that said person will be in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, now and others that may be enacted in the future.

You as the purchaser further warrants that any item that is produced with any product from RecentChemicals.com shall not be adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and shall not be materials which may not, under Sections 404, 505, or 512 of the Act, be introduced into interstate commerce.

All purchasers realize that, since RecentChemicals.com products are intended solely for research purposes, they may not be on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory listing, unless the products are listed for other purposes on our website.

The purchaser assumes all responsibility to assure that the products purchased from RecentChemicals.com are approved for use under TSCA, if applicable.

The Purchaser has the responsibility to verify all hazards and to conduct further research to learn the hazards involved in using products purchased from RecentChemicals.com.

Purchaser agrees to comply with all instructions, if any, furnished by RecentChemicals.com regarding the proper use of the products and will not misuse the products in any manner.

No products purchased from RecentChemicals.com shall, unless otherwise stated, be considered to be foods, drugs, medical devices or cosmetics.

Under NO circumstances shall/should ANY of these materials be used for recreational purposes or for animal or human consumption.

All customers that purchase our products are assumed to be legal researchers or licensed researchers.

IF you or your affiliates are NOT legal researchers or licensed researchers we are not aware of this information and you will be held liable for fraud.

RecentChemicals.com reserves the right to deny and/or cancel any order from a customer that we have reasonable doubt to believe is not of legal tender or qualifications. If you, as the Purchaser, do not know or are unaware of your legal rights, it is your responsibility to check with local and state guidelines prior to placing an order.

RecentChemicals.com will not be responsible for Buyers’ violations, if any, according to Federal, State, or Local regulations.

When you purchase any product from our website, you are agreeing that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. Customers that use RecentChemicals.com website also agree to hold RecentChemicals.com free from any and all liability that may result in harm of any kind with regards to the intentional or accidental misuse or inappropriate use of the products sold on our website.
5. Employees of RecentChemicals.com or agents thereof cannot provide explicit or implicit information on any of the research chemicals sold on our website or how the chemical may relate to use in animals or humans. At no time will there be any type of communication that states the interest of collecting information on human or animal ingestion of any of the research chemicals sold on our website except in the case of a refusal of service notification.

7. Customers of our website also acknowledge that straying from any of the above guidelines constitutes a legal and valid cause for denial of future purchasing transactions. All customers are strongly discouraged from straying from these guidelines due to our strict policy against inappropriate human use.
8. Refusal of Service: Customers of our website further acknowledge that any communication alerting to the inappropriate use of the products for sale on this website will be answered with a “refusal of service” notification.
